This is a quick and easy exercise that you can do to enhance your flexibilityand stretch your side muscles.

Here’s how to do it:


  • Place one hand on your side.

    This helps to anchor your body and stabilize the movement.

  • Extend the other arm overhead. Gently stretch your arm upwards and aim to reach as far as comfortably possible.

Hold this position for a few seconds and repeat on the other side. Remember to breathe deeply throughout the exercise.
