This chart provides a basic overview of the major organs within the human body. Note that this is not an exhaustive list and the location of some organs might vary slightly depending on individual anatomy.

| Eyes | In eye sockets | Sense light and form images. |
| Skin | Covers the entire body | Largest organ, protects against infection and regulates temperature. |
