Point your toes away from you, then flex them back towards you.

This simple exercise can helpimprove flexibility and circulation in your feet and ankles. It’s a great exercise to do throughout the day, especially if you spend long periods sitting or standing.
Instructions:
- Point your toes away from you. Imagine you are trying to reach something with your toes. Hold this position for a moment.
- Then, flex your toes back towards you. Imagine trying to touch your toes to your shins. Hold this position fora moment.
Repeat this exercise several times, focusing on a smooth and controlled movement. Aim for at least 10 repetitions.
