Gentle Yoga & Stretching for Seniors (30 Minutes)

This gentle yoga and stretching routine is designed for seniors, focusing on flexibility, balance, and relaxation. It is a 30-minute program suitable for various levels of mobility and fitness. Warm-up (5 minutes)

Begin with deep,slow breaths to gently warm up the body. Roll your shoulders forward and backward, neck circles, and gentle wrist and ankle rotations. Lightly stretch your arms and legs by holding each stretch for about 15-30 seconds.

Gentle Yoga Poses (15 minutes)
