Food handler health assessments are essential to ensure public safety and prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses. These evaluations typically involve a series of diagnostic procedures designed to identify conditions that could compromise food safety, such as gastrointestinal infections, skin infections, or respiratory illnesses.
