Like many people, I led a sedentary lifestyle—long hours at a desk, frequent takeout meals, and minimal physical activity. Everything changed when I made the decision to practice physical exercise every day. What started as a simple commitment to walk for 20 minutes each morning has evolved into a transformative journey toward a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.

At first, consistency was the biggest challenge. My body wasn’t used to regular movement, and some days it felt nearly impossible to get off the couch. But I reminded myself that progress, not perfection, was the goal. I began incorporating different types of exercises—morning stretches, brisk walks, home workouts, and eventually strength training and yoga.
