This simple stretch can help improve flexibility and relievetension in your sides. It’s a great way to start or end your workout, or to just take a moment to care for your body.

Here’s how to perform the stretch:

  1. Start by sitting or standing comfortably.
  2. Place your arm on your side down, allowing your hand to rest on the ground, or supporting the body.

  3. Gently bend to the side towards the arm that is on your side, feeling a stretch.

Focus on feeling the stretch along the side of your body. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.

Remember to listen to your body and don’t push yourself too far. If you feel any pain, stop immediately.
