Here’s a simple arm exercise to help you warm up or stretch.

Instructions:

1. Raise your arms out to the sides. Imagine you are trying to touch the walls on either side of you.

2. Keep your elbows slightly bent. Aim for a comfortableangle, avoid locking your elbows completely straight.

This position can be held for a few seconds to help stretch your chest and shoulders, or can be transitioned into a dynamic movement.
